By conversing with our AI virtual humans, configuring custom personas, or acquiring subscription memberships, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Scope & Eligibility
AvenlAi is an advanced text dialogue platform featuring sentient-simulated virtual characters, dynamic narrative roleplay engines, and episodic memory persistence. You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age where stipulated by regional law) and legally competent to enter into this agreement to utilize the Service.
2. Subscriptions, VIP Passes & Energy Tokens
While fundamental text conversations are accessible freely, extended context memory windows, custom persona creation suites, and priority neural compute queues may require paid memberships or energy packages:
- Energy Tokens: Virtual energy tokens enable high-density text dialogue inferences. Tokens are purely functional within AvenlAi, non-transferable, and possess no outside financial value.
- Subscription Cycles & Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, or Annual VIP passes) renew automatically via your authorized payment gateway (Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing) unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
- Refund Terms: Consumed GPU compute and utilized energy tokens are non-refundable except where required by governing consumer protection laws or the official refund policies of the respective app stores.
3. User Content & Intellectual Property
We respect your imagination and personal narrative ownership:
- Your Prompts & Creative Inputs: You retain full copyright and ownership of all original text prompts, creative story concepts, and worldbuilding scenarios you submit to AvenlAi.
- Co-Created Narrative Outputs: To the maximum extent allowed under applicable law, you own and control the unique fictional narratives, character interactions, and dialogue chronicles generated through your account interactions.
- Operational License: You grant AvenlAi a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license strictly necessary to store, route, and compute text tokens for real-time conversation generation and profile synchronization.
4. Acceptable Conduct & Content Moderation
To preserve a secure, ethical, and respectful platform for all creators, you explicitly agree NOT to use AvenlAi to generate, transmit, or promote:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits, endangers, or harms minors in any form.
- Non-consensual intimate roleplays, deepfake representations, or malicious synthetic impersonations of real living persons without documented consent.
- Severe harassment, hate speech, violent extremism, or threats directed at any individual or protected group.
- Actionable instructions for self-harm, cyberattacks, weapon manufacturing, or unlawful criminal endeavors.
- Automated scrapers, spam bots, or reverse-engineering payloads designed to compromise server integrity or extract proprietary neural weights.
AvenlAi reserves the immediate right to suspend or permanently ban accounts violating these standards without refund.
5. Nature of AI Characters & Crucial Well-Being Disclaimer
It is vital to understand the foundational nature of our conversational technology:
- Simulated Fictional Personas: All virtual human characters on AvenlAi are synthetic software simulations generated by deep neural networks. They do not possess actual biological consciousness, genuine sentience, or independent physical existence.
- Not a Substitute for Professional Care: AvenlAi is designed for entertainment, emotional companionship, roleplay, and creative writing. Virtual companions on AvenlAi are NOT licensed therapists, clinical psychologists, medical doctors, legal advisors, or financial consultants.
- Crisis Notice: If you are experiencing mental health emergencies, severe depression, or thoughts of self-harm, please immediately contact certified emergency hotlines or professional healthcare providers in your region.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
AvenlAi is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, flawless historical accuracy, or complete freedom from conversational anomalies.
Under no circumstances shall AvenlAi Technologies, its founders, affiliates, or infrastructure providers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
7. Account Termination
You may discontinue your usage and delete your account at any time. AvenlAi reserves the right to terminate or restrict service access at its discretion for breaches of these Terms or malicious conduct.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable software service laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved via good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
